Savings Claim

To process a Savings Claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and print the PSN Savings Claim Form: click here—->(Click Here).
  2. Locate a copy of your savings guarantee you received at the time of purchase.
  3. Read your Savings Guarantee for specific directions on the information required to file with your claim.

The following information is required to be submitted with all claims (read your savings guarantee contract for specifics).

  • Locate  twelve (12) months of utility bills prior to installation date.
  • Locate  twelve (12) months of utility bills after the installation date.
  • Obtain copies of all invoice(s) in connection with the maintenance and service of the Residence’s HVAC system.
  • Obtain copies of HVAC Filter Receipts’ (or other adequate proof) showing that the filters were purchased and replace on a monthly basis.
  • Obtain copies of the receipts for the “Steps to Zero”.
  • Copy of your Savings Guarantee.
